debit order issues

i recieved a sms about 10 days ago telling me my phone will be cut off in 24 hours due to non payment. this was a bit of a surprise as it is a stop order on my credit card . when i phoned i was told i was short about a third of the monthly amount(i forget the exact amount).even more annoying i was told to go to a branch and fill out a debit order form , the same form and copy of my credit card i had filled out 3 months ago when my credit card was renewed<br> this i did again 24 hours later my phone was shut down.<br> cell c just got a new customer and wow are virgin being difficult refusing to release my phone numbers untill a direct deposit is made and charging me R1300-00 to cancell<br> and for the record i had money in the credit card it is only used for this account and general internet transactions and i have never maxed it out
