Credit Card Application no response 3 wks have gone by

I`ve app**** for a credit card through the online applications, I struggled getting the application through & when I eventually did I was told that there are 2 applications & one was declined for no reason was provided & was told that I would be called in 48hrs . Its been 3 days & no one has given me a call this whole process since my first online application has taken 3 weeks, could someone contact me asap if you cant help let let me know so I cant get a bank that can
