Contract Cell phone not delivered
it has been two months that i ordered LG contract cell phone from virgin mobile while they are deducting money from my account but the phone has not been delivered to me.I have tried to call them several times but they put me on hold until the phone hangs up.They sent me airtime twice to my old phone instead of delivering the new phone as per agreement<br> <br> Can you please assist me. <br> .
