contract breach

I Henry Blaauw,brought a Virgin Mobile contract cellphone with Bears furniture store on November 2013. Per agreement will I receive R50 airtime and 50 Mb data on the 1st of every month,but since December 2014 I've received nothing from Virgin Mobile and Bears. All I want is my airtime and data for January 2015 and February 2015 and up and until November 2015 when my contract expired with them. Thanx.
