Contract approved but inactive.
Good Morning.

On the 27th of May I requested that my Virgin pre-paid number be put onto a contract.

To date I am unable to make calls on the new phone and the call-centre has repeatedly proven to be unable to do anything other than 'escalate' the matter.

The Consumer protection act entitles me to : Timely performance and completion of service when entering into contracts with suppliers.

Your performance has been pathetic and the service has not been delivered.
I believe that more than a month is plenty of time to provide this service.

I hereby request that you cancel my application for a contract and have the courier come and collect the useless phone that you have delivered.

Regards

Michael Bates
Branch Manager
Autoworks
