cellphone stil not received
this is my third complaint about this matter i took my cellphone sumsung S3 mini last year February for Repairs in Braamfontein and i still do not have the Device , Yes Virgin Mobile contacted me for the second time with empty promises , i am paying for this Cellphone shouldn't i receive another one by now? this is completely unacceptable, just to save face they will call but nothing solid will happen

As per our telephonic discussion the handset will be returned to us in the next 48 hours for final testing .Please note that once we have received the handset we will be in contact with you to schedule the delivery appointment .
