Cell Phone Line not working since Sim Swap

I did a SIM swap on the 26 June 2015. Since then I had endless hassles where my line was disconnected, and I cannot make or receive calls.<br> It is embarrassing that people tells you they get a message that your line is suspended when they call you.<br> Since the SIM swap I cannot make or receive calls when I am roaming, all my other contracts can, I have requested this to be fixed but it does not seems that Virgin Mobile is capable of resolving this issue.<br> I have told Virgin Mobile on the 11 August that it's still not working, but no response from them.<br>
