Cancellation Department Pathetic
<p>My two year contract ran its course and i decide i no longer want the contract so i cancelled my contract accordingly in January 2013. Now MKA Debt Solutions (Pty) Ltd is contacting me regarding a outstanding balance since November 2013. I have all the e-mails from the cancellation department which confirms my cancellation and bank statements when the last debit was. I have asked MKA Debt Solutions (Pty) Ltd to send me proof of there alleged account and they send me a statement. I never had a contract with MKA Debt Solutions (Pty) Ltd but with Virgin Mobile which was cancelled. I constantly get harrassed at work even though i have given all the evidence.</p> <p> </p>
