call center and airtome balance not working

<p>guys I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to be with your network. I cannot get my Balance on 101# and I cannot see that I loaded Airtime. I cannot click 2 to go through to the call center. What the blady hell is going on? I loaded 150 Airtime and it hasn't reflected from the atm which never ever happens.
