Billed at out of contract rates

You have not addressed the matter as to why the R389 contract was not converted to the BYO 149 effective 1 February 2016? Did you review the call made into the call centre on 13 January 2016 at 13h50 requesting this for number ***. As my concern is that the initial request was not even logged onto the system, neither the follow up request.

No customer service was provided, yet my bank account is diligently debited each month.

My concern is that from the period 1 Feb 2016 to current, VMSA has been charging out of contract rates on the line, as the contract expired on 31 January 2016. Even if the R389 contract continued, no airtime was loaded (which shouldve been R300) as calls were billed from 4 February already and data from 3 February.

A screen shot of the current talk time balance is R1053.50, 14 SMS's and 111MB of data.
Why would calls be charged for if there is still sufficient talk time......
Why can one not convert that talk time to pay for data? As it is talk time which is already been paid month on month!

What is the current plan app**** to the *** number?

If the BYO149 was initiated as instructed on 13 January 2016, the bill would look totally different.
