Billed after sim was made prepaid & ended contract
I've got a strange credit record from VM of R 407. I only heard recently about it from my bank, & followed up from TransUnion to see where my credit issue came from.

My sim card & contract was canceled in June 2013. I've got evidence of this. I went to prepaid (proof of this too) after 9 July 2013. All existing fees were paid to make the change (I've got proofs of payments & emails from VM call center).

I went to CellC with my existing number from you, and it's only possible when you're on prepaid. I'm now for almost 2 years at CellC (contract from 08/2013).

BUT my contract could only be ended by you IF I paid any outstanding amounts (which there was non of), only the cancelation fee of R78/80.

Also, if the fee is about getting a new phone, the reason for my cancelation was because I never received the upgraded phone & was charged for it (I've got proof of that communication as well). But also, I never received any form of billing communication regarding the phone I never received.

There's more info & proof that I can provided to identify that the issue is purely on your side of misconduct, mismanagement & miscommunication.

Please sort out ASAP.
Do the right thing today.
