BAD STORE!!! I WILL NOT EVEN RECOMMEND TO A NYONE

<p>I have booked my phone for repairs on 12 October even now today it hs not been collected. I even reported the matter to the virgin mobile customer care of which I have received an email apologising I further asked when will this be resolved still no response yet I am expected to pay for this phone on monthly basis.</p> <p> </p> <p>The reason why the phone is not yet collectec its beacuse I asked for the loan phone and they saying I said loan phone should be delivered first in order to take the phone to repairs of which tis is not the truth.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am vrty dissappointed with them and thier poor service. I regret buying my phone witn them I cant wait for my contract to end.</p>
