As poor as it gets!

I have been a client of Virgin Mobile for many years. Recently my sim card packed up so I went to Lakeside Mall in Benoni as I knew there was a VM shop. On arrival I found this shop had closed, so I looked on the web and saw they had a shop in East Rand Mall. So I drove there, only to find that this shop had also been closed. I then phoned Customer Care who assured me that I can buy a Virgin Mobile sim card DEFINITELY at any Edgars store, or at Pick & Pay, or at Checkers. Ref no for this call VRMM***5) Well I have now been to 2 different Edgars stores, to 2 different Pick&Pay's and a Checkers, and no one has any Virgin Mobile sim cards, never mind a nano card. So I must keep on paying for something I cannot use! Let me rephrase, as pathetic as it gets!
