6 Calls and NO HELP
<p>two days ago I loaded airtime to buy a bundle of smses. I have 1.4Gbs data and 74 smses and I have no airtime to call out. I am trying to send smses to three people and it keeps telling me I dont have airtime to send the sms bundle I bought? I have been using sms bundles with you guys for years and I was even smsing this morning. Now none of my smses are working. It keeps saying cabt send sms. I've restarted my phone. Manually checked the network. I have checked the sma number in settings. Six times now you guys have cut me off and you have not helped me. You keep telling ne the wrong things to do!!!!! As always. ********** 566 I want this sorted out. Why cant I send smaes?</p>

We have checked our system have noticed all services were updated on your line and smses were sent out from your number yesterday afternoon.
Please confirm if the sms service is now functioning properly.
