3 Months Bad Service

3 Months ago I was due for a Upgrade, I have had a Virgin Mobile contract for years now, I went onto there Webside and ordered a i phone 6 . That is still advertised on the webside. Everytime I call to find out about my phone I get told they are out of stock. I am sure I am not the only one complaining about this. Why then advertise something that you do not have stock of. I have now been on the phone with a call centre Agent letting me hold - Lesigo Majasa. They make you hold of forever and keep on telling you that someone will phone you back and no one does.
