2 Month and still no phone

I app**** for a handset on the 17th of July 2015, after 2 weeks of having to send docs through over and over again I was approved for the handset, they then said it will be delivered between 5 and 7 days. After the 7 days, I queried the delivery date and I was told it will be delivered to me around 2 weeks time, that 2 weeks have come and gone. To this day I still don't have my phone, I even offered to go and collect it at the nearest branch (they refuse). Everyday someone in Management will call me, still haven't received one phone call. I have been waiting 2 months for the so called phone to be delivered to me. Shocking service to say the least.
