VIRGIN ATLANTIC USELESS

If I could give Virgin Atlantic Airways NO STARS I would. It is the most USELESS DISGUSTING Airline I have ever dealt with. I recently booked a flight from the UK to South Africa for 6 Dec 2021 & had to unfortunately cancel my flight. I have tried continously for the past few days & CANNOT get to speak to an agent. The call center makes you hold on for over an hour, sometimes you even get cut off. I'm in URGENT need of a refund. Have completed a form online & not heard back from them whatsoever. I am absolutely disgusted with their pathetic service. Virgin are now sitting with my ***in money & don't bother attending to my matter.
