Virgin Atlantic Failure to Refund Clients

Virgin Atlantic has failed to refund my cash after they sent me confirmation it will take 14 business days. It’s been over 25working days still no payment has been made. This is after numerous phone calls to follow up on the pending payment and they have failed to deliver on the dates they confirmed they’ll process the payment, with every call made.

Virgin Atlantic is taking its clients for granted as I can see on X many complaints from people waiting for their cash for over a month. Why are they using our cash to manage their cash flows? What a horrible experience.
