Virgin Atlantic an airline that can't be trusted

Virgin Atlantic cancelled my flight (19/03/2020 Booking reference C96W6W) and despite numerous attempts and assurances both via mail and public press assurances from Virgin Atlantic CEO that all claims will be dealt with within 120 days, still no refund. Complaint resolution contact is becoming more complex and less responsive (Virgin claim ref no. RFZA3526)
