Virgin Airways slipping

My daughter and I flew from OR Tambo to LHR 3.8.22 VS 450, The service go check in excellent, Seats good in economy, The onboard service unfriendly and rushed. The food terrible ! check out Turkish airlines for food quality and service !. Richard Branson Food service and quality is key so less talk more direct improvement please.
