Thumbs up to Virgin

Excellent service, modern spacious aircraft, easy boarding, friendly and attentive staff and on-time! This is in complete contrast to BA. Our last flight with this carrier will be our last flight with this carrier. January 2019, an old 747 had cramped accommodation, broken seats, non functioning entertainment and poor service. Upon complaining to cabin staff, I was told there was nothing they could do and given an email address and told to complain to management. This I did and 12 months later, I haven't had the courtesy of a reply, but I get their promotional literature! Chatting to an arriving passenger yesterday - 08 January 2020 - who had taken a BA flight from Germany to OR Tambo, he too complained about the service on board. Looks like nothing has changed.
