Shame on you!

<p>Whilst seeing off a family member at OR Tambo Airport I came across a young lady sobbing her heart out. She had been misinformed by Virgin Atlantic about a ticket and had her ticket cancelled without her knowledge. She is now unable to return to the UK and will be spending christmas alone because of red tape and the unwillingness to find a solution. My first experience with this airline has left a bitter taste in my mouth and it will be the first and last! </p>
