REFUND ME AS PROMISED

I have 3 flights booked and were canceled due to covid. I asked 2 to be kept for future travel and 1 refunded. This was end of March 2020 when I asked for refund. I have sent emails, phoned and tried to get help on Facebook.page. I have had 3 agents promise me a full refund. But nothing as yet. This has been 3 months now. No response other than wait we are busy with customers who have been impacted by Covid 19, well i am one of those customers !!!! I have always chosen virgin above all others and travel 3 times to UK from.SA a year, if not more. So does my entire family, but never again. Their handling of this crises compared to other airlines like emirates, Qatar and KLM has been shocking.
