Poor Customer Service

I am absolutely disgusted at the service provided for by Virgin Atlantic. I have been waiting hours at a time to try and get through to inquire about my refund/airline voucher which I have been waiting for since May.

I have also attempted going to the airport (OR Tambo International Airport) to try and sort it out at the VA offices there and I was met with the most unhelpful individual saying I need to wait for customer service to answer my call and was then rudely dismissed.

If anyone has any idea on on how to get this resolved, I would really appreciate the advice.
