No response nor acknowledments

Flying on Monday 13 Nov 2017 - VS 602, they changed my seat which you need to pre book and pay for which I did and was not given an explanation!

Flying on Monday 20 Nov 2017 - VS 601 - check in told me to check my bags in before claiming UK VAT, only to find out that you have to show the goods you've bought in order to claim. A bit difficult to do when your bags have been checked in. Tax told me that Virgin are well aware of this procedure but are just in a hurry to get their passengers to check in. I tried to re-check in, what a performance & a total waste of my time. Virgin cost me my rightful claim .
