Never again Virgin Atlantic Airways

Hi, <br> After the very bad and unacceptable treatment by the flight steward of Virgin Atlantic Airways, we got nothing but bad attitude and shrugging of shoulders from their hospitality staff at the public relation offices of Virgin Atlantic. <br> Customer service and customer care is obviously unknown by them. More like a cattle transporter.<br> My wife (64 years old at the time) was just unceremoniously thrown off the plane after boarding. <br> She had quietly asked to sit in another empty area in the same class, as was a sneezing person sitting next to her.<br> \ ...go and find a hotel for yourself and come back tomorrow..."That alone was quite costly.<br> This is how they treat an elderly lady.<br> We will never fly Virgin Atlantic Airways again. ...not even for free.<br> Regards<br> Uwe Jansch"""
