If you are Disabled do not fly Virgin Atlantic

Virgin Atlantic have a fantastic advert for disabled passengers please note if you are travelling to another country do not travel by virgin Atlantic if you are disabled in the computer they have wonderful adverts saying how much they will care for you this is untrue and they are dreadful they put you through such trauma at the Chicken desk and in fact I was booked to go on a flight to South Africa and when I got to the check-in desk they told me I needed a doctors later and I could not fly not fly that night I would not recommend virgin Atlantic to anybody they really were and hopeful at the check-in desk and very inconsiderate at my feelings the lady on the check-in desk asked me to get out of my wheelchair and walk to some distance I only asked why and she told me she would be back she reported that I had Refused to do the walk to the window so they said I could not fly because I had done that refusal refusal I did not refuse I merely asked why would you want me out of the wheelchair to walk that distance when I had asked for a wheelchair because I couldn’t walk far don’t travel Virgin Atlantic if you are disabled under any circumstances
