Disgusting service

I would like to say that virgin atlantic service is disgusting. No wonder they need to be bailed out. They over promise and totally undeliver. I have been waiting for a travel confirmation e mail from them since 28th May, which they told me would be sent to me withing 72 hours. STILL WAITING AND NOT VERY PATIENTLY. WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN AND I TRAVEL FREQUENTLY FROM LONDON TO SOUTH AFRICA
