Broke My Brand new Bugaboo

Flew from NYC - London in January and you guys broke my brand new Bugaboo pram... We then had to call you out on FB to get you to fix it like you promised you would..<br> A few weeks (WEEKS!?!?) later a ***** courier arrived at my door to take the pram away...<br> A few weeks later we get it back.. it looks like it has been repaired by my Grandfather in his garden shed, I could have done a better job with some duct-tape and paperclips... what is even worse is that they broke the other, perfectly functional wheel, TO MAKE IT LOOK THE SAME!!! What the Actual F****??<br> I now have been trying to get a response from Becky Byers \Baggage services executive"who wrote to me 3 weeks ago saying kindly that she would investigate..<br> <br> Who do I have to ****** to solve this problem.. My wife is about to have the baby destined for this pram but it pushes like a ***** supermarket trolley after the \""repairs\""... I have tried being nice"
