If I could give them 6 stars I would. I was trying to update my cell number (my email addresses changed a couple of times since 2015) and the system would not accept any current email. I re-registered, but it would not accept the dog's ID as it was linked to the other profile. One email and less than 10 minutes later I got a confirmation from Kovilan Nagia that both my dogs were linked to my profile. Amazing efficient service.
