Kovilan and Virbac Back Home provide excellent service. Kovilan in particular is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He responds to a query in super fast time. This is truly a company which offers a service to be proud of. It is a great pity that many/most other South African service providers in all fields do not come close to this level of excellence.
