Unheard of turn-around time on emailed communication.
I recently needed to have my pet microchipped and noticed online that she was registered as a male rather than a female. I emailed Virbac to amend this detail and they emailed back in less than 5 mins with a new PDF certificate indicating the correct details. Brilliant fast service. Thanks Kovilan Nagia.
