Rep**** in 4 minutes! Fastest service ever?!

I reached out to Virbac Backhome via email to get support with three things: 1. Removing a pet that had passed away from the system. 2. Updating the ownership details for a new pet and changing it from the welfare organisation that I had adopted him from to mine. 3. Updating my address in the system after my own attempts at changing it wasn't reflecting.

I had a response back in 4 minutes to say that everything had been done! I sent the email at 14:44 and the response was received at 14.48 with a screenshot of the updated system on their side.

It was the fastest response and most efficient service I think I'd ever received from anyone! I was very surprised, but really shouldn't be... this is the level of service that every company should be delivering!
