I have had great experiences from Backhome with getting details, such as change of address, done very promptly and efficiently, which is so cricitcal to keeping our animals safe should anything happen and they need to be scanned. It gives me the reassurance they will be home in now time should, heaven forbid, they get out of the property, or some other event take place.
