Microchip info confirmation and updates

Amazing service !! I was trying to see if both my dogs info was still correct. I could log in but in trying to add my dogs chip numbers on my profile, it was saying it was already activated, as this was done by the Vet. Mailed through my request for assistance and got immediate feedback requesting the info I was trying to update. All sorted out very quickly in not even 24 hours. Great to know my pets info is updated correctly and they are registered with Virbac BackHome :)
