Had a missing chip

So we took our one dog to the vet and her chip could not be located we then reached out to Virbac to ask if maybe it’s a faulty chip and in the space of a couple of hours they assisted us, the whole ordeal was rectified in less than 24 hours and my family and I are beyond impressed!
