Excellent service from them for many years. My pet was recently put down and I wrote to them to tell them about it. I got an instant reply and they have updated my details. Although I never ever had to use the services of having a lost dog, it is always a brilliant idea to have your pet microchipped. I will definitely do so again when I get a new pet.
