Excellent Customer Service from Kovilan Nagia at Virbac Backhome
I would like to commend Kovilan Nagia from Virbac Backhome Support on the provision of excellent customer service. I have 4 precious dogs and a number of changes that needed to be made to my details. These were done within hours, all perfect and new certificates sent without my asking. Thank you Kovilan! You took a lot of stress out of my day. I don't think I have ever had such excellent service,
