Our vet submitted the wrong information to Virbac (genders and DOB). Since I’m listed as the secondary contact, not the primary owner, I emailed the support team directly. Virbac sent the confirmation to the primary contact instead, which shows their commitment to maintaining customer security - - all within 10 minutes! I hope we never have to 'use' this service, but based on my experience so far, we're in excellent hands.
