As a rescue organization, we've worked with various chipping data bases/businesses.. We find Backhome to be our 1st preference. In terms of systems functionality, professionalism, helpfulness & friendliness they are just great. Any system upgrades we suggest are considered & feedback provided. The alert system for lost/missing animals is a great system tool & any animal enquiries I send to them are answered almost immediately. Their Virbac products for animals are great as well.
