Violond cloud group/terrible customer services

I would definitely not recommend to a friend. This was by far the most 1 star service experience I had ever received. I appointed them to design a website for my business. I had to correct literally everything, from grammatical errors, spelling errors on emails, to overall aesthetics. There was nothing I didn't coach them on. I was literally teaching them how to do their job and still paid full price. They don't care how their work is presented. If you do not spot an error and ask them to correct it, they won't. They lack a sense of urgency and professionalism. Let's not talk about how they rush you to pay the final deposit while the final product is still half-baked only for them to start slacking and giving you attitude or ghosting you because they have already got what they wanted from you. You can not tell them anything once you have paid the final deposit. They will attend to it when they feel like it. By the time the product is complete, you don't even feel excited about it anymore.
