Poorest internet service

Most poorest quality of internet service I have been experiencing recently. The outages is ridiculous, communication and regular updates to clients on outages is beyond poor and the company has no sense of urgency when it comes to getting the service online again to their paying customers. Also no discounts is processed for these outages, which can last for days, especially when it snows, which result in me having to make alternative arrangements to work or buying data that works out more at times as the internet package I am currently on.
