Inferior service

Oh man,I really should have learn't my lesson by now.After battling with my wi-fi reception from Megatone in Ceres for the past couple of years,always promises on top of promises that it will be rectified,I finally switched to these Vinet guys.<br> After being assured with more promises,just need to invest a few thousand in some new equipment of course,and I will have absolutely no more internet issues.<br> Well I swallowed that one,and here I sit,they've all gone on holiday,after promising to send someone out to assist me,never materialised and I have no service of which to speak.<br> Why oh why do we have to put up with this shoddy service,we pay these people a monthly fee and yet they don't feel they have to keep to their part of the contract,so dissapointed at having been **** to again.
