Be careful of Vimeo.com

So I tried out this video storage and streaming website called vimeo.com and it turned out to be a ****. After I registered for a trial session I upgraded my account to a PRO version. The next thing when I tried to log into that same account I upgraded, their website was saying the account doesn't exist, minutes after the upgrade. Meanwhile my money was taken from my card.

All efforts to contact them and get assistance have come to naught. They simply don't respond. So, they basically stole my money and now they are ignoring me. Be careful guys.
