Don’t trust the staff!!

Please don’t accept to enter the unit without having supervisor with you to check that all is in order. And make sure that upon departure a supervisor goes through the unit and checks all is in all.

I failing to have someone present to do the checks, upon arrival and departure. We stay 6 days upon departure we left the unit in good order and open as the cleaner had arrived.

3 weeks later I ask about my deposit. I get told that a bath mat is stained and the lamp is broken. Now I can understand why they waited 3 weeks to refund. Why did on no one questioned or emailed me about finding the lamp broken. Even after 7 days when I asked about my deposit no one mentioned about the item they found broken. So now they short pay me For someone else breakage!

all Because I did not have a supervisor check the unit with me. I got less the 50% of my deposit back.

I did give a good review when we departed! But unfortunately people need to be aware of this!!

We get charged for a white bath mat that was not even a mat but a floor towel, and due it being dirty!! And charge for staff breaking the lamp!!
