Villa Bianca Restaurant In Croydon is absolute Nonsense!!!!

I would like the express the disgusting service that my parents received from Villa Bianca Restaurant, in Croydon. The level of service has gone from exceptional all the way to disgusting and poor... Last night my parents went for dinner with their friends, firstly the waitress was rude and not interested in them or serving them. She did not even offer them any complimentary bread and when my mother asked her why, she rudely rep**** "oh did you want the bread?!?" I mean what the hell is the meaning of complimentary?!? All good and well... When asked about specials Buhle (the waitress) did not even bother to touch on that topic... So my mother ordered fillet for her main and they instead bought her a sirloin. Mind you this Is a woman who knows her cuts of meat very well. And so she called for management, and he indeed confirmed that it was a sirloin... I mean what did they think, let's just serve them this and they won't know the difference. We are highly appalled by the service of this establishment. We really loved going there, but going forward I would never recommend this establishment to anyone.
