Rude and poor service

My wife and I wanted to go to Wasabi, next to Villa Bianca, and run by same owners, but TWO different reataurants and businesses on 13th September 2019. We pitched up at Wasabi with the doors locked and had to use Villa Bianca's entrance (Wasabi not very full by the way), and the manager at the door of Villa Bianca very abrupt and rude asking if we have a reservation, where we say we want to go to Wasabi, and once again, very rude tone saying it is 1 restaurant and we need a reservation.

This is the worse service I have seen at this establishment and they will NEVER EVER see me there again.
