Phone theft

We had an incident whilst dining which left a bitter taste in our mouths. The waiter on duty seemed to have taken a phone at our table. The manager (Lisa) after being alerted to the situation treated us like high school children who could not reason and insisted that we did not bring a phone into the premises. Unfortunately we had to call the police to intervene and assist us with watching the CCTV Footage as we were not allowed into the office. Moments after the police arrived the phone miraculously resurfaced. The manager did not apologize but rather had a condescending attitude reiterating that her staff would never *****. She did not apologize about the experience or comfort us in any sort of way. What an appalling experience. Unfortunately we could not enjoy the rest of our meal because of the situation which was also very unpleasant and were made to pay for the full meal regardless of the horrid experience.
