Great service from View4You
I'm really impressed with the service from View4You. I needed a vehicle inspected in Durban while I’m based in Johannesburg, and the report they provided was extremely detailed with plenty of photos and honest feedback about the condition of the car. They picked up things I definitely wouldn’t have known about without seeing the vehicle myself. The diagnostic scan was also a big help. Definitely worth it for the peace of mind before buying a car. Highly recommended

I would strongly recommend View4You after the incredible service received over the past few days - from the View4You team. Such a professional service, at a price point that I still find hard to believe to be true. Shout out to the admin team Kincaid & inspector Innocent. A vehicle is a large purchase, especially the vehicle I purchased, but after seeing the report I was much more confident to sign on the doted line knowing that what the salesman disclosed to me aligns to the vehicle inspection report. I strongly recommend - the benefit of an inspection (peace of mind, not buying a faulty vehicle) far outweighs the cost paid by a far margin. At the price you charged me, after seeing how meticulous the report was - you guys are simply doing the Lords work. May the Lord bless this business & multiply its reach so that more people can receive such wise counsel before making such a huge decision.

Just wanted to Thank View4You for there excellent services. If it wasn't for you and your Inspector doing such a thorough inspection on my vehicle repair, I would have never seen all the damages and bad repairs on my vehicle. Best money spent. I will definitely recommend that you use View4You especially when your vehicle goes in for repairs.

Paid R3,000 for an Inspection, Then Asked to Pay More for Their Own Mistake
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from View4You. I paid approximately R3,000 upfront for a comprehensive pre-purchase vehicle inspection. The purpose of the inspection was to provide me with peace of mind before purchasing a commercial vehicle. Unfortunately, the inspection never took place due to what I believe was an error on View4You’s side. On the morning of the inspection, the inspector contacted me and confirmed our appointment. Acting on that confirmation, I travelled to the dealership at my own expense to meet him. Instead, the inspector elected to go to my residential address rather than the dealership where the vehicle was located. As a result, the inspection did not happen. I lost valuable time, incurred travel expenses, and spent considerable effort trying to resolve a situation that was not of my making. To make matters worse, View4You initially requested an additional R1,495 to complete the inspection at the correct location. When I decided to cancel because I no longer had confidence in the service, I was then informed that I would not receive a full refund because they regarded the inspection as an “aborted inspection” and wanted to deduct travel costs. I find this completely unacceptable. I have a recording of the conversation with the inspector confirming the appointment, and my partner was present during the call and is able to confirm what was discussed. I do not believe a customer should be expected to pay additional fees or lose money because of an error in the inspection process. Instead of accepting responsibility and resolving the matter fairly, I have been left out of pocket and forced to spend additional time pursuing a refund. I have requested: * A full refund of the amount I paid. * That all additional charges be withdrawn. * Written confirmation that this matter has been resolved fairly. I hope View4You takes this complaint seriously, reviews the facts objectively, and resolves this matter promptly. Until then, I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.
