After numerous fruitless attempts at reaching out to the higher ups (on the APP and via Head Office) the bad service continues.

From flies in the food display - never having milk alternatives or ice or chocolates despite adverting it all - the loyalty app ALWAYS offline - rude/dismissive staff - sour milk and yes I know it's hot but it is a health hazard. I vowed never to buy there again - then I did this morning giving them the benefit of the doubt. To my dismay - and these drinks are not exactly cheap you know?
